IKON Boxing

Boxer management with a plan.

IKON Boxing is the boxing brand of IKON Sports. Rudy Hernandez provides boxer management focused on career direction, negotiations, and commercial opportunities.

Career direction is built in the gym and at the negotiating table long before fight night.

What management covers

Three areas of focus.

  1. Career direction

Thinking about the shape of a career, not only the next fight: pace of activity, the kind of opportunities to pursue, and how each step fits a longer plan.
  2. Negotiations

Preparation and communication around bout opportunities and terms, so a fighter understands what is being offered and what the options are before deciding.
  3. Commercial opportunities

Identifying sponsorship and brand opportunities that suit the fighter, and evaluating them with the same care as the work in the ring.

Clarity

Management, defined plainly.

A manager's role should be clear from the start. Before any agreement, the scope of management, how decisions are made, and how communication will work are discussed openly.

IKON Sports also offers event promotion as a separate service. Managing a fighter does not mean every bout is promoted by IKON Sports; promotion arrangements depend on each event.

Getting in touch

How a boxing inquiry works.

  1. Tell us where you are

Amateur or professional status, your current situation, and what you are looking for from management.
  2. Conversation

A direct discussion about goals, expectations, and whether there is a fit.
  3. Agreement

Any management relationship is set out in writing after that conversation, never through a website form.

Talk about your boxing career.

Tell us briefly about your situation. An inquiry starts a conversation; it does not create a representation or client relationship.
