With a background in real estate and business development, Rudy brings an entrepreneurial perspective to the business of sports. He understands the importance of evaluating opportunities carefully, building productive relationships, and planning beyond the next contract or competition.

His representation practice includes Major League and Minor League baseball players. Through IKON Boxing, the agency’s boxing brand, he also provides boxer management focused on career direction, negotiations, and commercial opportunities.
