For brands

Partnerships that start with fit.

If your company is considering working with athletes, start with a direct conversation about what you want to achieve and who you want to reach.

What to bring to the conversation

Useful to know before we talk.

You do not need a finished brief. These questions help shape a productive first conversation.

  1. Campaign goals

Awareness, a product launch, community presence, content, or appearances. What does success look like for you?
  2. Audience

Who you want to reach, and where: local, regional, or online audiences, and which sports matter to them.
  3. Athlete fit

The values, sport, and profile that would feel authentic for your brand, and anything that would not.
  4. Format and timing

Expected deliverables, timeline, and how you plan to use the athlete's name and image.

Things to plan for

Student-athlete partnerships have extra rules.

Work with college and high-school athletes is subject to state law, school policy, and association requirements, and high-school athletes involve their parents or guardians. We raise these considerations early so that a campaign is planned around them.

Professional athletes may have their own team, league, or sponsorship obligations. These are part of the athlete-fit discussion.
