NIL · College

NIL support for college athletes.

For college athletes across sports who want to approach name, image, and likeness opportunities with a clear understanding of what they are agreeing to.

Across sports, from the court to the track, a college athlete's name and image carry real value.

Support areas

What we help with.

  1. Commercial opportunities

Evaluating endorsement, appearance, and content opportunities, and whether they suit your goals and schedule.
  2. Brand relationships

Building relationships with brands that fit who you are, rather than taking every offer that comes in.
  3. Campaign considerations

Understanding deliverables, timing, usage of your name and image, and how a campaign fits around your academic and athletic commitments.
  4. Staying within the rules

Attention to the school, conference, state, and association requirements that apply to your situation. Final compliance questions belong with your school and, where needed, an attorney.

An important distinction

Third-party NIL is not school compensation.

Third-party NIL deals are agreements between an athlete and an outside brand or business. Payments an athlete may receive directly from a school are a separate category with separate rules.

Our NIL work focuses on third-party opportunities. If you have questions about school-paid arrangements, raise them in your inquiry and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot help with.

Getting in touch

How a college NIL inquiry works.

  1. Short inquiry

Your sport, your school level, and what you are looking for. Please do not send contracts or private documents through email at this stage.
  2. Conversation

A discussion of your goals and the rules you are working within.
  3. Defined scope

If there is a fit, the support and terms are set out clearly in writing. There are no guaranteed deals.

Talk about your NIL opportunities.

Tell us briefly about your situation. An inquiry starts a conversation; it does not create a representation or client relationship.
