Name, image, and likeness

Your name has value. Handle it with care.

NIL refers to an athlete's ability to earn from their name, image, and likeness: endorsements, appearances, social content, and similar opportunities. IKON Sports supports college athletes and eligible high-school athletes across sports.

Before you start

Rules depend on where you play.

NIL activity is shaped by state law, school and conference policy, and the rules of the relevant governing or athletic association. These rules differ by location and level, and they change.

Opportunities discussed here are third-party NIL arrangements, such as agreements with brands and businesses. These are different from compensation an athlete may receive directly from a school.

Nothing on this site is legal advice. Athletes and families should confirm the rules that apply to them with their school or association and, where needed, a qualified attorney.
